2. Purpose of Use
The personal information collected is processed for the following purposes.
- Providing information and responses to customer inquiries, and managing inquiry status
- Facilitating internal communication and workflow among staff to respond to customers
3. Retention and Use Period
Personal information collected through website inquiries or consultations is retained for 3 years, after which all information is destroyed.
Where a user has separately agreed to a specific retention period, that period will apply, and information will be destroyed immediately upon the user's request.
4. Right to Refuse Consent and Consequences of Refusal
